As a program worker, you will work towards recovery through developing individual recovery plans with participants which incorporate individual goals focusing on capacity building, skill and knowledge development and building longer term support networks.You will deliver high-quality, recovery-oriented support to individual, with mental health challenges.
This role will be best suited for individuals with solid hands-on experience in managing caseloads to assist participants develop individual recovery plans.
We're looking for someone who can confidently step into the role,
