and excellence.About the RoleThis is not a traditional beauty therapy role.
At SkinFit, we focus on long-term skin transformation through structured treatment plans.
You will play a key role in delivering results by guiding clients through personalised skin journeys.Your responsibilities will include:Performing advanced skin treatments with a results-driven approach.Conducting in-depth consultations and skin assessments.Prescribing treatment plans and home care (we don't "sell" - we prescribe).
Educating clients on their skin, internal triggers, and long-term outcomes.Building strong client relationships to support rebooking and retention.Working towards individual and team performance goals.About YouYou are passionate about skin, driven by results, and ready to grow into a high-level skin therapist.
You will ideally have:Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential).1–2+ years clinic experience (advanced experience highly regarded).
Confidence in skin consultations, treatment planning, recommending home care.A results-driven mindset with a focus on client outcomes, rebooking, and retention.Experience or strong interest in advanced skin treatments (microneedling, HIFU, advanced facials).
