You'll play an important role in connecting people, programs and data, helping ensure learning initiatives run smoothly while contributing to the continuous improvement of learning resources and experiences across the business.Your role, your impactReporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Organisational Development, you'll provide the operational foundation that supports learning, leadership and capability initiatives across Tabcorp.
You'll coordinate learning activities, maintain critical learning data and systems, and help create a seamless experience for learners and stakeholders.Specifically, you will;Coordinate learning calendars, schedules and program logisticsManage enrolments, attendance tracking and learner communicationsMaintain learning records, systems and program documentationProduce reporting, dashboards and workforce capability insightsSupport compliance training and cyclical learning activitiesAssist with updating learning materials and learning resourcesAbout the EmployerWe're Tabcorp - home to TAB, Sky Racing, and MAX, shaping the future of our industry through digital innovation and cutting-edge technology.
