This is a pivotal role in the Finance Team which offers excellent career development and progression opportunities.
This position requires working 100% onsite and you will be trained to use our Microsoft Dynamics ERP and in-house customised systems.Your duties will include but are not limited to:Processing and refunding credit card transactionsReconciling incoming funds and ensuring correct allocation of customer paymentsDebt collections (via phone and email)Processing monthly debtor statementsEnsuring debtors' profile are up to dateManaging trade credit insurance reporting, claims and renewalsResponding to and investigating customer enquiries in a timely mannerManaging reporting deadlines for the Accounts Receivable functionsReporting to the Financial Controller and/or Proprietor on debt collection status and risks exposureSupporting the Finance and Sales teamsTo be successful in this role,
