Personal Care & Disability Support Worker (Wollongong)We are seeking experienced Personal Care & Disability Support Workers to support participants with high-level personal care needs, including bowel management and enema care, across the Wollongong region.Applicants must be able to commit to shifts ranging from 4-10 hours per day.About the RoleYou will be supporting participants with:High-level personal care needsBowel management routines (including enemas)Catheter care (specifically Navina catheters)Manual HandlingLimited independence with daily living tasksOngoing hygiene, infection control, and dignity requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level personal care, including hygiene, toileting,



and dressingPerform bowel care and enema administration in line with care plansMaintain strict infection control standardsAssist with meal preparation and domestic tasksSupport safe transfers and basic manual handlingMaintain accurate, objective documentationCommunicate professionally with the support team and managementPrioritise participant dignity, safety, and wellbeing at all timesEssential RequirementsDemonstrated experience or training with bowel care and enemas (mandatory)Robust experience providing personal care to participants with high support needsNDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)Strong understanding of infection control and safe care practicesDriver's License and Car (Mandatory)
