We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join the team at Coomera Lodge Hotel.
This is a great chance for a hospitality professional who enjoys working with people, has strong gaming knowledge and is confident working across gaming, Keno, TAB and bar operations.What You'll Be DoingProvide friendly, attentive service to gaming patronsMonitor and maintain the gaming room to a high standardAssist guests with gaming-related enquiriesOperate and assist with Keno and TABPrepare and serve beverages and support bar operationsProcess transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environmentFollow all responsible service, gaming regulations and venue proceduresBuild positive rapport with guests and deliver great customer serviceSupport the wider Front of House team as requiredWhat We're Looking ForHas previous experience working in a gaming environmentHolds a current QLD RSA and RSG or willing to obtain oneHas previous bar experienceHas excellent customer service and communication skillsIs reliable, responsible and professionalCan confidently work in a busy hospitality environmentEnjoys engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphereIs flexible and available across evenings, weekends, and late nightsHas valid Australian working rightsWhat's On Offer?
