We offer a variety of shifts across different facilities, giving you the flexibility to build your own roster while making a genuine difference.Essential CriteriaMinimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or equivalentAt least 1 year of recent full time equivalent experienceReliable, registered and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence (advantageous)Current Manual Handling and CPR certificatesCurrent National Police CheckCurrent NDIS Worker Screening CheckGenuine passion for providing high‐quality care and improving the lives of older AustraliansDesirable AttributesEmpathetic and patient with excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamAdaptable and reliable in dynamic care environmentsCommitment to ongoing learning and professional developmentReady to Make a Difference?
