Our Mission is to promote the dignity, life and spirituality of older people through connected and inclusive communities.As a member of the team, you will be providing essential lifestyle, social and wellbeing services for our residents.About the Role:Encouraging resident choice and participation in individual and group activitiesAssisting in the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual lifestyle services and activitiesImplementing innovative events and lifestyle activities for residents and where possible involving the wider community, volunteers and residents family and friendsProvide direct resident care during activities such as bus trips, including assisting with personal hygiene and toiletingProvide direct resident care in relation to meals service, mobility and social supportSupporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spiritWorking in a safe manner to protect yourself,
