You'll work across our Gaming Room, Sports Bar, TAB and Keno, delivering outstanding service and creating a fun and welcoming experience for our guests.What You'll Be DoingProvide friendly and attentive service to gaming patronsCreate a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guestsMonitor the gaming room and ensure it is clean, safe and well presentedAssist guests with gaming-related enquiriesPrepare and serve beverages as requiredAssist with TAB and Keno operations where requiredProcess transactions accurately and efficientlyFollow all responsible service, gaming regulations and venue proceduresMaintain high standards of cleanliness and presentationSupport the wider Front of House team when requiredWhat We're Looking ForHolds a current QLD RSA and RSGHas previous gaming experience, preferred but not essentialHas TAB and Keno knowledge, highly regardedHas excellent customer service and communication skillsIs reliable, responsible and professionalBrings a positive attitude and willingness to learnCan work confidently in a fast-paced environmentEnjoys building rapport with guestsIs flexible and available across evenings, weekends and public holidaysHas valid Australian working rightsWhat's On Offer?
