In addition, Roland Berger offers commercial flexibility allowing you to develop on your own platform for personal development and growth.As a Junior Consultant at Roland Berger you will:Analyze business dataConduct market and competitive positioning studiesPerform strategic and/or operational diagnosticsLead interviewsContribute to the preparation of presentationsActively participate in creating and delivering workshopsWe are looking for candidates with the following criteria:You must have 1-2 years of work experience in strategy consulting ideally in the field of transactions e.g. consulting, investment bankingExperience in value creation (both top line growth and bottom-line performance improvement) and working with Financial Sponsor clients (e.g. Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure Funds, etc) will be valuedOutstanding graduate or postgraduate academic credentials from a leading academic institutionPossess outstanding interpersonal and communication skillsFluent English language communication skills, both written and verbalProven analytical, financial modelling, commercial, creative, and narrative skillsYou combine analytical thinking with the use of digital tools, are enthusiastic about utilizing innovative, AI-based solutions, and possess the ability to effectively apply new technologies and data skills to complex issuesAn appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and willingness to travel is a pre-requisiteYou are an Australian citizen or possess Australian residencyIf you are a passionate team player, you will be a perfect fit for us.
