As we continue to grow, we are looking for a committed Mental Health Clinician to support young people at ultra-high risk of psychosis or with first episode psychosis, and complex co-morbid conditions.This role offers a chance to contribute directly to the mental health and wellbeing of young people experiencing complex challenges, within a supportive and innovative environment.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based interventions.What You'll DoComplete timely mental health assessments, treatment plans, crisis interventions, and clinical documentation in line with PYMHWS standards.Deliver high-quality, client-focused care aligned with best practice and PYMHWS values.Provide or develop capacity for integrated care for dual diagnosis presentations.Collaborate with young people, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.Ensure care is evidence-based, inclusive,



and culturally appropriate for diverse communities.Liaise and partner with external services including AOD, Youth Justice, and primary care.About YouA passionate and skilled mental health qualified with experience supporting young people with complex mental health issues.
You bring a client-centred, evidence-based approach to care, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
You value inclusivity, cultural safety, and continuous learning, and you're committed to delivering responsive, high-quality mental health support.
Your strong communication, clinical, and organisational skills enable you to build effective therapeutic relationships and navigate complex care systems with confidence and compassion.Eligible disciplines: RPN Grade 3 / Occupational Therapist, Social Worker and Psychologist Grade 2Relevant registration and qualifications (see position description for details)Minimum of 2 years' experience in the application of clinical practice in the mental health field and specifically with young people experiencing mental health disordersExperience in clinical assessment, risk management, and delivering specialist interventions for complex depression and anxietyAll appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Record Check and a Working with Children Check.
