The Trainer & Assessor plays a key role in ensuring training is delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and industry relevance.
The role also supports student engagement, employer communication, assessment validation, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will require the trainer to deliver training across various locations between Gosford - Sydney and surrounding regions.
Occasional travel and overnight stay will be required (at the expense of CWBTS).
Prepare and facilitate compliant, industry-aligned training sessionsAssess student competency and support students through regular communication, feedback, and progress monitoring to ensure successful outcomes.Maintain accurate records in LMS, ReadySkills,
