Each year, we welcome enthusiastic people from across Australia and around the world to be part of this exciting seasonal experience in one of Australia's most iconic wine regions.We're seekingVintage Laboratory Assistants to support our winemaking team with routine sampling and analysis throughout the vintage period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a science background or an interest in wine production.As a Vintage Laboratory Assistant, you'll be involved in:Routine sampling and analysis of tanksTesting grape samplesMonitoring wine and ferments for parameters including Baume, Temperature, pH, TA (Titratable Acidity), Alcohol, SO2, Potential Alcohol, Turbidity and Heat and Cold Stability.No experience?
