Senior Receptionist - Maven Dental Cairns City Abano Healthcare Cairns, AU-QLD, AustraliaJob DescriptionThis is a casual position suited to someone with flexibility to work 3–4 days per week, with the opportunity for additional shifts based on practice requirements.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the front desk and day-to-day reception operationsWelcoming patients and handling enquiries in person and over the phoneManaging appointments, recalls and the appointment bookProcessing payments and completing general administrationMaintaining accurate and confidential patient recordsWorking closely with clinicians to support patient flowProviding ad hoc dental assisting support when requiredQualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will:3+ year's experience in dental reception or a strong background in dental industryUnderstanding of dental terminology, procedures and practice workflowsExperience confidently managing a busy appointment bookThe ability to work independently and prioritise competing tasksStrong communication and organisational skillsConfidence using dental practice software; D4W experience is highly regardedA qualified, reliable and patient-focused approachThe ability to work well with clinicians and support staff in a busy practiceAdditional InformationWhy join Maven Dental Cairns City?
