STORE MANAGER | NEW STORE OPENING | NORWOOD $67K–$70K + Super + Incentives + Seasonal Garment Allowance
I'm currently recruiting for an exciting new store opening in Norwood, and I'm looking for an experienced Fashion Store Manager to take the lead from day one.
This is a beautiful fashion brand catering to a mature, fashion-forward customer, with a strong focus on quality, styling and delivering a genuinely personalised customer experience.
With the store due to open around late October, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves fashion, knows how to drive sales and is excited by the opportunity to build a team and make a current store their own.
ABOUT THE ROLE As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing your teamDriving sales and achieving store targetsDelivering an exceptional customer experienceBuilding strong and lasting customer relationshipsCreating a high-performing and positive team cultureManaging day-to-day store operationsMaintaining strong visual merchandising and store standardsTaking ownership of the store and its performancePlaying a key role in the successful launch of this new location
ABOUT YOU I'm looking for someone with strong fashion retail management experience who is confident leading a team and genuinely enjoys being on the shop floor.
You'll ideally have:




Previous Store Manager experience within fashion retailA proven track record of driving sales and achieving targetsStrong leadership and people development skillsA passion for fashion and stylingExcellent customer service and relationship-building skillsA commercial and results-driven mindsetThe confidence and initiative to build a new store from the ground up
Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who can drive the sales, inspire the team and create an exceptional customer experience.
