At Bodington, you will get to know our residents, become part of their daily lives and build genuine connections with the people and families who call our community home.
Your Role Will Include:
Providing compassionate personal care, including showering, dressing and groomingSupporting residents with daily living activities, meals and social engagementGetting to know residents and helping them feel comfortable, valued and connectedWorking closely with our clinical team to deliver personalised care plansKeeping accurate documentation and contributing to a safe and positive environment
What We're Looking For:




Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)Recent experience as a PCA in Aged CareExperience or ability to assist with medication is an advantageA kind heart and genuine passion for supporting older peopleA caring, friendly and respectful approachStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSomeone reliable, proactive and comfortable working as part of a teamAn understanding of workplace health and safetyWillingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
