This part time role (32 hours across Sunday to Thursday) focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences and leading a high-performing fashion retail team in Byron Bay.You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach staff, and ensure store standards, stock control and customer loyalty initiatives are executed with excellence.
