Due to sustained growth, ProBuild Australia is seeking an experienced Repair Coordinator / Case Manager to join our high-performing team.
Following our recent relocation to our modern Somerton Park head office, this expansion has allowed our team to grow and further strengthen our claims management and service delivery capabilities.Role summary:As a Repair Coordinator / Case Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Supervisors and Estimators while managing a portfolio of insurance building repair claims from allocation through to completion.Acting as a central point of contact between customers, insurers, trades, suppliers, supervisors, and estimators, you will help ensure repairs are delivered efficiently, within budget, and in line with insurer service standards.
This role combines customer service, administration, coordination, and problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Supervisors and EstimatorsManage a portfolio of insurance building repair claims from commencement through to completionCoordinate trades, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure repairs progress efficientlyLiaise daily with insurers, homeowners, tenants, and contractorsSchedule inspections, repairs, and trade appointmentsReview reports, scopes, quotes, invoices,
and supporting documentationMonitor claim progress and follow up outstanding actions to ensure key deadlines are metMaintain accurate claim notes and job records within company systemsAssist Supervisors and Estimators with claim administration, job tracking, and customer communicationResolve customer enquiries and repair-related issues in a professional and timely mannerSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in insurance repairs, insurance claims, building, construction administration, case management, or a similar coordination roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasksStrong administrative skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Experience using job management, claims management, or scheduling systems is highly regardedA positive attitude with a pro-active and solutions-focused approachAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamWhy Join ProBuild Australia?
