About the RoleThe Patient Services Clerk is accountable for providing clerical support and facilitating patient management within Clinical Neurosciences.
The PSC will be involved in booking appointments, reception duties, delivering customer service of a high standard and providing high level administration assistance to the Neurosciences Consulting Rooms.Greet all patients in a polite and efficient mannerCollect referral letters and test results and ensure these are available for doctors when they see the patient.Support Clinic Coordinator with comments and queries for medical lettersClassifications for this position will range from HS2 - HS21 ($75,105 - $83,028 per annum pro rata).
