This is a customer-facing position within our organisation and we are seeking someone who has excellent communications skills along with a love of high-performance vehicles.About the RoleDay-to-day telephone and email support, ranging from sales enquiries and quotes to detailed customer interaction and problem-solving.Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.Providing technical and sales support to dealers and customers.Fault Finding – Troubleshooting electrical installations,



mechanical problems and computer software installation issues.May include in-field technical support at race meetings and customer premises (some travel and weekend work involved).
May include dynamometer testing and engine tuning.Assisting with software and firmware development.Preparation and maintenance of internal and external technical documentation.Setup and maintenance of customer files and documentation in accordance with standard proceduresAbout You2 years experience working in a similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to identify customer needs and challengesNetworking abilityHigh level of Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM and other related software)A keen passion for performance cars and electronic technology productsWorking knowledge of aftermarket engine management systems and electronic fuel injection systemsSound knowledge of internal combustion engines, performance modifications and forced induction systemsStrong self-management skills with the ability to work unsupervised and to tight deadlines.Excellent drive and initiative, proactive desire to learn and grow within the company.Haltech Engine Management Systems is an Equal Prospect Employer
