particularly when setting up and when product change overs are requiredOperate Robotic pick and place system, Baggers, Case erector equipment and box forming equipmentSet up, operate, and monitor production line equipmentExecute production plans and manage shop orders efficientlyMonitor product specifications including weight, shape, and sizeComplete process control sheets with accurate measurementsPerform real-time scanning and documentation of products and ingredientsMaintaining a high level of personal hygieneStoring and maintaining materials, equipment and toolsIdentifying and escalating Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risks.You will bring to this rolePrevious Machine Operator experience preferably in an FMCG environment.Understand and follow instructions and proceduresWork well within a team environmentCommunicate well both written and verballyShowing commitment, reliability and motivationRespond calmly when faced with obstaclesPhysically fit and repetitively lift 5kg-15kgFlexibility to cover various shifts when requiredWe're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous and committed to join us.
