We're looking for experienced Building Supervisors and Estimators to join a well-established insurance building and restoration business, working across a range of insurance building projects.
Depending on the role, you'll be involved in assessing property damage, preparing scopes and estimates, coordinating trades and repairs, liaising with insurers and customers, and helping ensure each job is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:




Take ownership of insurance building projects from commencement through to completionInterpret consultant scopes and prepare detailed scopes of works when requiredPrepare quotations and work with Supervisors to achieve agreed project budgetsLiaise with clients, insurers and key insurance industry stakeholders throughout the projectBuild and maintain strong relationships with key insurance personnelCoordinate property access with insured partiesLiaise with and engage subcontractors during the quotation and delivery stagesEngage, coordinate and manage trades, including negotiating works and tracking job progressManage project issues and disputes to ensure works continue efficientlyEnsure all works comply with legislative, contractual and OHS requirementsEnsure inspections, certificates and all relevant project documentation are completed and signed off, with regular travel across Brisbane and surrounding areas
Key Selection Criteria:
Building Trade or Construction QualificationInsurance Building background advantageous, however not essentialAbility to manage multiple & competing prioritiesExcellent communication, customer service & relationship building skillsAbility to be empathetic to the needs of the clientUnderstanding of OHS practices, legislation, regulations
