Successful applicants will share a genuine desire to care and assist clients with a strong person-centred care focus, whilst working along with other departments within the care services."What's on your CV is important, but what's in your heart matters more.Because at St Vincent's, kindness works for us.This is a full-time position based at our Heathcote Aged Care facility, working Monday to Friday during standard office hours.Things that work for us:Relevant experience in a similar role scheduling staff within a community/facility ensuring prompt and accurate servicesExperience with scheduling and attendance systems (Procurra, Kronos and Workday desirable)High level of customer service skillsThe ability to work in a face past high stress roleStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Ability to assist with administrative tasks as requiredAbility to follow directives as per care plan and from coordinator'sUnderstanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilitiesNational Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.Certificate/Diploma Business,
