This is a casual position at multiple locations for our PLENTY VALLEY AND GEELONG kiosks. Tony's Quality Meat is a proudly family-owned Australian butcher, deli and grocer, bringing the authentic flavours of South Africa to Melbourne. We specialise in premium Australian meats, biltong, boerewors, deli products and pantry essentials, backed by over 25 years of industry experience. This role offers the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service
Operate the register and EFTPOS
Slice and package biltong/jerky and deli products
Receive and replenish stock
Rotate stock and check dates
Keep the store clean, organised and well presented
Assist customers with product recommendations
About you
Friendly, reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Enjoys working in a rapid-paced retail environment
Can work independently and as part of a team
Available to work weekends on a rotating roster (essential)
Retail or food experience (preferred but not essential)
