Anaesthetic Nurse - RN or EN | Perth WA | Part Time

Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with anaesthetic nursing experience, to join a private day surgery team in Perth on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Facility

This established private day surgery offers a rapid-paced perioperative workplace across a range of specialties, including dental and oral/maxillofacial surgery, dermatology/Mohs surgery, plastics, IVF and ophthalmology.

The Role

This permanent part-time anaesthetic nursing position requires a minimum of 60 hours per fortnight. The roster runs Monday to Friday, with no on-call shifts or public holidays, and occasional optional weekend work.

Your responsibilities will include
Delivering evidence-based, safe and high-quality perioperative care.
Preparing equipment and the clinical workplace for safe and efficient surgery.
Maintaining clear team communication and monitoring patient safety throughout the surgical journey.
Providing patients with explicit education and guidance for recovery at home.
Supporting colleagues on shift and contributing to a safe, collaborative team environment.
Promoting continuous improvement and clinical safety across the facility.

What You Will Need




Solid experience in anaesthetic nursing within a surgical hospital setting.
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
Strong time management, organisational and communication skills.
The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with patients, doctors and colleagues.
Full working rights in Australia.

Experience across the facility's specialties, and in a rapid-paced day or short-stay hospital environment, will be highly regarded.
