Position: Operations Support Agent

Location: Yandina 4561

Hours: Full-Time 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do:
Provide customer service written and verbal.
Troubleshoot customer enquiries via internal messaging platform
Operate freight management system
Assist with station scanning compliance
Assist Operations Supervisors with station administration, scanning, filing, audits, etc
Ordering station equipment and supplies
Enter data accurately and assist drivers with delivery discrepancies
Support contractor management compliance
When required, operate forklifts to load and unload freight
When required, sort and move freight within the warehouse (manual handling)

What You Bring:
Previous administration experience in a quick-paced operational environment (preferred)
Reliability and ability to work unsupervised
Display initiative and a pro-active approach




Robust customer service skills and a team-first mindset
Proficient with computer systems including Microsoft excel, outlook, and word.
Ability to adapt to various FedEx internal IT systems
A valid forklift license or the willingness to be trained when onboard
