About the role

Morley Mitsubishi and GWM is seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Foreman to join our team in Morley, WA 6062. As a full time role, you will be responsible for Workshop operations and diagnoses on a wide range of vehicle issues, utilizing your expertise in the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing
Manage all workshop staff for performance, diagnoses, service, pre delivery and reconditioning
Overseeing diagnoses, repair and servicing of vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
Collaborate with the workshop, service reception and parts to ensure effective and effective customer service
Maintain detailed records of all works performed and required O.H.S
Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturers technologies and industry developments
Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for
Formal qualifications in automotive technology or a related field
Certificate IV qualification in automotive technology is required
Extensive experience as an automotive diagnostic technician, preferably in the Mitsubishi and GWM brands or similar
Robust diagnostic and problem-solving skills




Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and the service team
A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest developments
Minimum 3 years of automotive workshop foreman experience
New car dealership experience is mandatory for this position
Trade qualification in automotive technology is essential
Australian citizens or permanent residents only
