Process and reconcile weekly site revenue, maintaining accurate balance sheet and accounts receivable reconciliationsPrepare, issue and reconcile customer invoices, manage receipting and debtor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptlyMonitor aged receivables, follow up overdue payments and escape high-risk accounts as requiredConduct supplier and customer account reconciliations and investigate variances through to resolutionAssist with monthly financial reporting while maintaining audit-ready documentation and compliance with internal policies and external standardsPartner with operations and the finance team to improve processes, communicate updates clearly, and meet business deadlinesMore about youCertificate IV or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in accounts receivable and end-to-end invoicing and collectionsFamiliarity with financial systems and POS platforms, with hospitality or events experience desirableStrong attention to detail, initiative and problem-solving skills,
