you'll also be connected to multiple Greencross clinics across the region, providing additional support and opportunities to collaborate.About the RoleAs the Client Care Coordinator, you'll be the heart of the client experience and play a key role in ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and smoothly.This role will suit someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, thrives on organisation, and understands the unique flow of a busy veterinary clinic.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the day‐to‐day operation of the reception areaCoordinating appointments, bookings, and daily schedulesGreeting clients and patients and creating a welcoming clinic experienceHandling client enquiries in person, over the phone, and via emailManaging admission and discharge paperworkProcessing payments and managing accountsCoordinating client communications and follow‐up appointmentsSupporting workflow between reception, nursing, and veterinary teamsAssisting with client education and preventative healthcare remindersSupporting inventory ordering and administrative tasks as requiredMaintaining accurate client and patient recordsHelping ensure exceptional customer service is consistently deliveredThis is a role where strong organisation, attention to detail, and relationship‐building skills are essential.About YouWe're looking for someone who:Has previous experience working within the veterinary industryHas experience in veterinary reception, client care, practice administration,



or a similar roleUnderstands veterinary terminology and clinic workflowsHas proven reception and customer service experienceIs confident coordinating appointments and managing competing prioritiesDemonstrates excellent communication and relationship‐building skillsIs highly organised and detail‐orientedCan remain calm and professional in a busy environmentEnjoys working collaboratively with veterinarians, nurses, and clientsHas experience using veterinary practice management software such as RxWorks (highly regarded)Brings a positive, proactive, and team‐focused attitudeMost importantly, you're someone who genuinely enjoys helping clients, supporting your team, and ensuring every patient and pet owner receives an exceptional experience.Why Greencross?
