Join one of Australia's largest logistics networks and play a pivotal role in keeping freight moving across a complex national road transport operation.
As an Operations Process Coordinator, you'll support live transport execution, coordinate freight movements through and partner with drivers, subcontractors and customers to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with transport operations or logistics experience who is looking to build their career within a leading national supply chain business.This is a full time permanent opportunity based at our Laverton North site within our afternoon shift operation on a working schedule of Monday - Friday from 1:00pm - 9:00pm.
Key areas:Coordinate live transport movements across company and subcontractor fleets to maintain service performance and network visibilityDeliver operational support to Allocators through load management, bookings, system updates and transport planning adjustmentsMaintain accurate transport data within Blue Yonder to support real-time decision making and operational successManage transport disruptions, schedule changes and breakdown contingencies to minimise service impactsProvide timely updates to customers, drivers, subcontractors and internal stakeholdersSupport safety initiatives,



operational reviews and continuous improvement activities across the transport operationAre you the one?
You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment and enjoys being at the centre of daily operations.
Whether you've worked in transport coordination, allocation, fleet operations or logistics customer service, you're technology-savvy, solutions-focused and eager to develop your career within a large-scale national transport network.
You can demonstrate:2+ years of experience in transport operations, allocation, dispatch, logistics coordination or transport-focused customer servicePrior experience working with customers, drivers, subcontractors and operational stakeholders to deliver outcomesYou're tech-savvy and have utilized to transport management systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a time-critical operational environmentProven problem-solving capability and confidence responding to operational disruptions and service issuesStrong commitment to safety, compliance and operational excellenceWhat's in it for me?
