Working alongside families, educators and a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide evidence-informed speech pathology services that build skills, confidence and participation in everyday life.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Speech Pathologist looking for flexibility, variety and meaningful work, while supporting children and families across the Outer East community.Your role, your impactIn this role, you'll work directly with children aged 0-12 years and their families, helping them achieve goals that matter most to them through person-centred, evidence-informed supports.Deliver high-quality speech pathology services to children with developmental delay and disabilityAssess, plan and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual goals and needsBuild capability within families and educational settings through coaching, mentoring and collaborative supportWork across a variety of environments, including clinic, home, childcare,



kindergarten and school settingsDevelop assessment reports and recommendations that support positive outcomes for children and familiesManage and coordinate a caseload, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate clinical recordsCollaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and external stakeholders to provide integrated supportFacilitate group programs and parent education opportunitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of learning and best practiceProvide clinical supervision and mentoring to junior clinicians and/or students where requiredEvery interaction you have will contribute to improving communication, participation and quality of life outcomes for children and the people who support them.Who we're looking forYou will be a passionate and collaborative Speech Pathologist who enjoys building strong relationships with children, families and community partners.Bachelor in Speech Pathology (minimum)Membership with Speech Pathology AustraliaExperience delivering speech pathology services to children with developmental delay and disabilityStrong understanding of child development and family-centred practiceExperience working collaboratively with families, educators and other professionalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management,
