You'll join an established practice with an experienced clinical team and play an important role in its continued growth and success.Job DescriptionAs Practice Manager, you will:Lead, coach and develop the practice team, building a positive and accountable cultureTake ownership of day-to-day operations and overall practice performanceWork closely with clinicians to maintain efficient workflows and high standards of patient careMonitor practice performance and identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency and patient engagementDrive initiatives that enhance the patient journey from their first interaction through to treatment completionOversee administrative, compliance and operational requirementsSupport recruitment, onboarding, performance management and ongoing team developmentBuild robust relationships across the practice and lead by exampleQualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll bring:Previous Practice Management experience within a dental or healthcare settingStrong people leadership skills,
