manage workflow and adjust staffing to hotel occupancyInspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain exceptional standardsCoach and support Room Attendants to improve quality and productivityEnsure VIP, wedding, conference and group rooms are arrival‐readyWork closely with Front Office and Maintenance to resolve issues quicklyManage linen, amenities and housekeeping suppliesSupport rostering and effective labour managementMaintain solid WHS and safe working practicesBe visible and hands‐on, stepping in to support the team when requiredAbout YouHave previous experience supervising a housekeeping or cleaning teamHave an exceptional eye for detail and take genuine pride in presentationKnow how to lead, motivate and get the best from a teamCan balance quality, productivity and labour efficiencyStay calm and organised in a busy hotel environmentAre comfortable in a physically active, hands‐on role
