About the role

This is an exciting job which is based on your communications skills. It is not a traditional office role. You'll be out in workplaces, talking to workers, delivering inductions, recruiting current members, building delegate structures, supporting bargaining campaigns and helping workers take collective action to improve their lives.

We are a union building power for health workers in WA. We organise workers to improve wages, conditions, job security and safety at work. Health is not just made up of doctors and nurses. There is a huge workforce of allied health professionals, technical and administrative staff as well, and that's our membership. We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and values-driven people to be part of our team. We are focused on the goal of growing our union - by organising workplaces, developing delegates and building the collective power of health workers.

About you

Experience in organising or health will be well regarded
