Job Description: Gardener

As a small reputable company, we provide quality gardening, lawn mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, garden makeovers and turf installation services for private residents and real estate companies servicing in Ivanhoe, Kew, Balwyn, Heidelberg and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a senior gardener who has initiative, enthusiasm, knows their plants and how to manage them. Must be able to work independently or manage a small team. Prefer Horticulture qualifications, but not essential, if have 3 + years experience.

Gardening Duties: 3 - 5 days a week

As a gardener, duties include maintaining/transforming gardens to a high standard including:
pruning
weeding
mowing and brush cutting
hedge trimming
spreading mulch
installing irrigation equipment and turf on occasion
liaising with clients, and
driving a manual vehicle.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
