Registered Migration Agent – Mandarin Speaking ( An advantage )

Workconnex is seeking an experienced and client-focused Registered Migration Agent to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional advice on student, graduate, skilled, employer-sponsored, partner and other visa pathways.
Prepare, review and lodge visa applications.
Communicate with clients in both Mandarin and English.
Manage client files, documentation and deadlines.
Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities.
Maintain accurate records and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Work closely with our admissions, sales and administrative teams.

Requirements
Current Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN).
Qualified proficiency in Mandarin ( Advantage ) and English.
Solid understanding of Australian migration legislation and visa processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
Qualified, ethical and client-focused approach.
Experience with student and education-related visas will be highly regarded.
