Papalote Mexican is seeking 2 talented chefs to round out our team. We have a CDP role to suit an experienced chef, and a role suited to a motivated Apprentice or recently qualified chef.

We have an amazing team and kitchen culture with diverse backgrounds and plenty of "hatted" experience. The restaurant is a collaboration between the teams at Flotilla & Humbug (both recipients of GFG 1 hat for the past 3-years plus)

We source great produce, have a team with a wealth of experience, serve authentic & exciting fare. Opportunities for open-fire cooking & working with premium product.

We are looking for a chef that:
Can hold down their own section
Can finish work independently, but loves working with a team
Is ready to learn other sections and upskill




Has good banter
Has a genuine interest in Mexican food, or at least a broad knowledge of other cuisines
