We’re looking for an experienced barista/cafe all-rounder to join our team at Rubika.

We need someone who is confident making valuable coffee, has solid cafe experience and basic food knowledge, and is also comfortable creating straightforward social media content for Instagram and TikTok.

The role includes coffee making, customer service, basic food prep, helping with day-to-day cafe operations, and creating short videos/photos of our coffee, food and cafe.

We’d love someone who has a good eye for presentation, understands current cafe trends and can help us come up with ideas to promote Rubika locally.

You should be:
Experienced in cafés
Confident on coffee
Friendly and reliable
Comfortable with basic food preparation
Able to take valuable photos/videos on a phone
Familiar with Instagram Reels, Stories or TikTok
Someone who wants to help grow the cafe not just work a shift

Casual / part-time position.
