Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring things run smoothly?

We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role that combines customer portal management, outbound sales, and exceptional customer service, working closely with our Scheduling and Operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Your primary focus will be managing customer portals, proactively generating sales through outbound calls, and ensuring both new and existing customers receive outstanding service from their first interaction through to completion.

What you’ll be doing:
Manage and maintain customer portals, ensuring information and service requirements are accurate and up to date
Generate recent sales opportunities through proactive outbound calling
Follow up leads, quotes and customer opportunities to maximise sales
Build strong relationships with recent and existing customers
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer enquiries




Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Work closely with Scheduling and Operations to coordinate customer requirements
Ensure a seamless customer journey from the initial phone call through to service completion
Achieve agreed sales and customer service targets

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, account coordination or a similar role
Confident and engaging communication skills
Comfortable making outbound sales calls and asking for the business
Robust organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail when managing customer information and portals
A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to deliver excellent service
A positive, energetic and team-focused attitude
Someone who enjoys achieving results and contributing to a great team
