The Role

We need a reliable, friendly all-rounder who can jump between front-of-house and back-of-house as needed. Day to day you'll be:
Serving customers and taking orders
Handling cash and processing payments
Running food and beverages out to tables
Cooking and general food prep
Handling and preparing seafood
Keeping the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly

What We're Looking For
A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate, or willing to obtain one
Great social skills — you're friendly, approachable, and easy to work with
Excellent customer service — you genuinely enjoy looking after people
A robust work ethic and willingness to get stuck into all areas of the shop
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
Experience in hospitality or seafood is a bonus, but not essential — we'll train the right person
