Experienced Barista / FOH All-Rounder – Friday Nights

Carson Cafe in Pascoe Vale is looking for an experienced Barista / FOH All-Rounder to join our small, friendly team.

Friday nights are key to this role, with additional daytime shifts available.

We’re looking for someone who is switched-on, energetic, confident and charismatic, with a little bit of sass — someone who brings great energy and personality to the room and knows how to create a excellent vibe for customers.

About You
Minimum 2 years’ hospitality experience
Bartending experience is essential
Confident barista with solid espresso and latte art skills
Valid RSA
Naturally outgoing and engaging with customers
Reliable, proactive and switched-on




Confident working independently and running the cafe solo during the day when required
Able to open and close independently
Solid team player

The Role
Coffee and espresso service
Bartending and drinks service
Customer and table service
Basic food preparation
Dishes, cleaning and general cafe duties
Opening and closing
Running daytime service independently when required
