About the Role

You will work closely with experienced Migration Lawyers to support the preparation and management of visa applications in a fast-paced, client-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assist with visa applications
Draft supporting documents and client correspondence
Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation
Liaise with clients and follow up on requirements
Ensure accuracy and compliance across all matters
Support Migration Agents and Lawyers on active matters

Skills & Experience




Experience in administration or paralegal role (migration preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
