Sprayworx Poly Coaters specialises in polyurethane finishing for kitchens, cabinetry and custom joinery.

We are looking for a 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Furniture Finisher / Spray Painter who wants to build on their existing skills and become highly capable across all aspects of the trade.

This is an opportunity to learn from the best, develop your skills and gain hands-on experience across the complete finishing process.

The Role

You will be involved in:
Preparing and sanding polyester undercoat, timber and veneer
Undercoating
Transparent coating
Some finish coating

About You

We are looking for someone who:
Is currently a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice
Has practical sanding and undercoating experience
Takes pride in producing high-quality work
Has strong attention to detail
Is reliable, self-motivated and willing to learn




Has a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in the trade

Experience with kitchens, cabinetry and polyurethane coatings a must.

Pay & Development

We are prepared to pay well for the right applicant, with a starting rate of $30–$40 per hour + super depending on your current skill level and experience.
