The BBQ Father in Exmouth WA is seeking 2 full time cooks to join our team.

About the role

The Cook is responsible for preparing dishes for The BBQ Father customers. You will prep dishes by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cook dishes, check ingredients for freshness, and arrange and garnish dishes. You will also oversee and ensure that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

Key responsibilities
Prepare ingredients on the daily preparation checklist according to menu items
Cook to the orders, according to customers' requirements
Order stock and other supplies to ensure productive operation
Check the quality and quantity of received products
Inspect supplies,



equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to establishment standards
Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
Stock rotation, following FIFO
Follow HACCP control and maintain OH&S; standards
Training and supervision of staff

Skills and experience required:
At least Cert IV in cookery or similar
At least 12 months work experience
Positive interpersonal skills
Able to work in a team workplace

Pay: $79,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
