We are currently seeking a Junior Kitchen Hand at our popular waterfront restaurant in Docklands, Cargo Restaurant. In this part time position, you need to be available to work some weeknights and on weekends. You must be proactive, efficient and have the ability to work under pressure in a rapid paced environment.

Kitchen Hand duties include:
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
Maintaining the equipment and utensils
Supporting and assisting kitchen team
Ensuring OHS procedures are followed
Stock rotation and food safety adherence
Food preparation and allocation

You will have the following:
Are willing to learn and have reliability
A positive attitude within the team
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Have Australian work rights
