REGISTERED SURVEYOR

You Will Be Responsible For:
Conducting a range of general survey on construction for residential subdivisions;
Preparing and managing accurate survey plans, cadastral maps and legal descriptions for land parcels.
Collaborating with clients, government agencies and other stakeholders to deliver required project outcomes;
Ensuring all work is accurate and complies with legal and regulatory standards for registered surveying; and
Maintaining meticulous records and documentation of survey data and findings.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Surveyor, ideally in the construction industry
A bachelor degree in Surveying
Must be registered with the Surveyor's Board of QLD
Valuable interpersonal skills with the ability to ensure effective two-way communication when consulting and communicating with clients, external stakeholders, management and colleagues;
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team;
Proficiency in advanced surveying software and equipment to ensure precision and efficiency in civil surveying activities.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
