Location: Sydney North Shore

We are currently recruiting for an established residential builder based in Sydney’s North Shore, specialising in high-end Class 1 residential projects, including luxury homes, current builds and major renovations.

This role would suit someone with around 4 years’ experience in the construction industry who is looking to further develop their site management experience. Your background does not need to be entirely site-based — candidates with experience in project coordination, project management or broader residential construction delivery will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day delivery of luxury residential construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site activities
Monitor project progress, quality and safety requirements
Assist with construction scheduling and resolving site issues
Liaise with Project Managers, clients, consultants and internal teams




Maintain site documentation and support project handover

About You
Approximately 4+ years’ experience in the Australian construction industry
Exposure to Class 1 residential construction, ideally custom or luxury homes
Site supervision experience is preferred, but not essential
Candidates with Project Management / Project Coordination experience and a valuable understanding of site operations are encouraged to apply
Valuable understanding of construction sequencing, trades and residential building processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
