Job DescriptionRole Type: Full time permanent opportunity - 35 hours per weekWays of Working: Hybrid role - 2 days in office and 3 days from homeReporting to the NSW Workers Compensation Team Leader, you'll provide strategic advice and help shape the way we support our clients and each other.
Currently our team manage up to 60 claims per portfolio but we're working hard to bring this down to ***** claims per portfolio.

issuing appropriate notices, and coordinating medical assessments and rehabilitation servicesLiaising with employers, injured workers, treating practitioners, and other stakeholders to facilitate safe and durable return-to-work outcomesSupporting the NSW Regional Office and National Workers Compensation Claims Manager to strengthen client relationships and enhance service deliveryAttending case conferences, forums, and meetings with professionalism and insightIdentifying trends and collaborating with internal teams to support early risk management interventionsEnsuring regulatory compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiativesWhat we're looking for:Solid experience in workers compensation case managementStrong communication and problem-solving skillsA team player who thrives in a collaborative environmentGuild Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
