COOK - FULL TIME

FORBES COUNTRY BAKEHOUSE

Position:- Full Time

Salary Range:- $70K - $80K

FORBES COUNTRY BAKEHOUSE is seeking an experienced cook to join our team. To be

considered for the position, you must have extensive experience working in a busy

restaurant kitchen.

Responsibilities:
preparing and cooking food
examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
seasoning food during cooking
portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and

garnishes
storing food in temperature controlled facilities
preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
may plan menus and estimate food requirements
may train other kitchen staff and apprentices





Experience and Requirements:
2+ years experience
Experience in training, developing and mentoring kitchen teams
Solid communication skills
Willingness to lead and demonstrate passion cooking

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Forbes NSW 2871: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
Kitchen: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:
Australia (Preferred)
