What You'll Be Doing
Providing outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone
Processing sales transactions, quotes, and customer orders
Promoting current products, services,



and special offers
Assisting customers with product recommendations and technical advice
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Maintaining merchandising standards and store presentation
Contributing to individual and store sales targets

What We're Looking For
Experience in retail sales, customer service, trade sales, hardware, or a related industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Basic computer literacy
